Updating User Details

1. Introduction

This guide will help users to update their personal details, change passwords, and modify their profile information in baseline 11.

2. System Requirements

To update your details, ensure you have:

  • A stable internet connection

  • An already registered user

  • A web browser on a compatible device (PC, tablet, or mobile phone)

The steps mentioned below are the process for updating user details

Logging In

  1. Open your web browser

  2. Go to our official website:

  3. Enter your Email Address and Password

  4. Click the Login button

  5. If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to the dashboard

Accessing the Settings Page

  1. After logging in, click on the three dots available after your username in the bottom left corner.

  2. Select the Settings option from the three dots.

  1. You will be redirected to the User Settings page.

Updating User Details

  1. On the Settings Page, locate the Account section.

  2. Update the necessary fields:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • WhatsApp Number

  3. Double-check the updated details for accuracy.

  4. Click the Save Changes button to apply updates.

  1. A confirmation notification pop-up will appear if the changes are saved successfully.

  2. If any required fields are missing or incorrect, an error message will be displayed, prompting you to correct them.

Changing Password

  1. Navigate to the Password section.

  2. Enter your Current Password.

  3. Enter a New Password and re-enter it to confirm.

  4. Ensure your new password meets security requirements (e.g., minimum length, special characters, numbers, etc.).

  5. Click the Save button to apply changes.

  1. If successful, you will receive a confirmation notification pop-up.

  2. If the current password is incorrect, an error message will be displayed, prompting you to try again.

  3. If you forget your current password, use the Forgot Password? option on the login page to reset it.

Logging in After Updating Details

  1. If you updated your email, use the new email address to log in.

  2. If you changed your password, enter the updated password.

  3. If you experience login issues, use the Forgot Password option to reset your credentials.

3. Troubleshooting
  • Forgot password? Click on Forgot Password on the login page to reset it.

  • Changes not saving? Ensure all required fields are filled correctly and retry.

  • Login issues after update? Double-check the updated credentials and ensure verification steps are completed.
